Account Registration

Single Account Policy

Account Closure by the Player

Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. fd444 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts and, after a further period of inactivity, to close the account and transfer any remaining balance in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Failed and Reversed Transactions
In the event that a deposit transaction fails, is reversed, or is charged back by your payment provider, fd444 reserves the right to reverse any bets placed using those funds, void any associated winnings, and recover any outstanding amounts from your account balance. Chargebacks initiated fraudulently or in bad faith may result in permanent account closure and referral to the relevant authorities.
Bonus and Promotions Policy

Wagering Requirements

Bonus Expiry

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Intellectual Property
All content on the fd444.vip website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of fd444 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fd444 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any fd444 content without prior written permission

- Use the fd444 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without written authorisation

Third-Party Game Content
